Cancellations We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. This can be applied to the cost of the service if rescheduled immediately No-Shows If you miss your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Again this can be applied to the service if rescheduled and if it isn’t a reoccurring issue Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled Emergency Exceptions We understand that life happens. In cases of illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive the fee at our discretion.
